B.A.Sc. (Mining), CFA. Graduate of Mining Engineering from Queen's University, Ontario, with a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics. A CFA Charter Holder with more than 30 years of experience in finance and the mineral industries, and a recent recipient of the Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Society of the United Kingdom. Christopher serves on the boards of New Age Metals Inc., Canuc Resources Corp. and the Critical Minerals Institute.
MSc, P.Geo. Holds a BSc in Geological and Earth Sciences from Dalhousie University and an MSc in Geological and Earth Sciences from Lakehead University. Adam brings several years of geological and exploration experience specific to the White Gold District, including five years on the Coffee Gold Project for Kaminak Gold Corporation prior to its sale to Goldcorp in 2016, and subsequent work on regional initiatives for GroundTruth Exploration Ltd.
Mr. Finley brings decades of capital markets, corporate development and international business experience to Stakeholder Gold Corp. He has spent much of his career in the commodities and natural resources sectors, with extensive experience across Asia and Latin America.
B.Eng. (Electrical), McGill University (1993). His career in telecommunications followed the rollout of cellular networks throughout Latin America, especially Brazil. A long-time investor in mineral exploration projects, Mr. Chase is the founder of TNO Mining Inc. and operates Black Lake Mineração LTDA, a granite extraction company based in Espírito Santo, Brazil.
Mr. Li is a Chartered Professional Accountant and experienced finance executive with expertise across public accounting, financial reporting, corporate governance and Canadian public markets. He oversees financial reporting, regulatory compliance, corporate finance, audit and treasury functions. Prior to his executive roles, Mr. Li spent five years with Ernst & Young LLP, providing audit and assurance services to publicly listed and privately held companies across a broad range of industries. His experience includes financial reporting, internal controls, complex accounting matters and regulated capital markets. Mr. Li is a CPA, CA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
Ms. Samnani has over 10 years of diverse industry experience spanning financial accounting, IT infrastructure, publishing software, and senior-level corporate management and administration. Her broad professional background has equipped her with strong financial, technological and organizational expertise, supporting effective business operations and corporate administration.Ms. Samnani holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Development Studies from York University, providing her with a multidisciplinary foundation and global perspective.
