A CFA Charter Holder with more than 30 years of experience in finance and the mineral industries, and a recent recipient of the Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Society of the United Kingdom. Christopher serves on the boards of New Age Metals Inc., Canuc Resources Corp. and the Critical Minerals Institute.

MSc, P.Geo. Holds a BSc in Geological and Earth Sciences from Dalhousie University and an MSc in Geological and Earth Sciences from Lakehead University. Adam brings several years of geological and exploration experience specific to the White Gold District, including five years on the Coffee Gold Project for Kaminak Gold Corporation prior to its sale to Goldcorp in 2016, and subsequent work on regional initiatives for GroundTruth Exploration Ltd.

Educated in New England, Mr. Finley brings several years of capital markets and international business experience to Stakeholder Gold Corp. He has dedicated his career to the commodities and resource sectors, with extensive experience in Latin America and Asia.

B.Eng. (Electrical), McGill University (1993). His career in telecommunications followed the rollout of cellular networks throughout Latin America, especially Brazil. A long-time investor in mineral exploration projects, Mr. Chase is the founder of TNO Mining Inc. and operates Black Lake Mineração LTDA, a granite extraction company based in Espírito Santo, Brazil.

CPA, CA. A Chartered Professional Accountant with half a decade of public accounting experience gained at Ernst & Young LLP, working with audit and accounting functions for public and private companies across various industries. Mr. Li holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.

Ms. Samnani has 10 years of experience across various industries, with extensive skills in financial accounting, IT infrastructure, publishing software, and senior-level corporate management and administration.
