Stakeholder is creating shareholder value through exploration for, and discovery of, large and valuable gold and copper deposits optimally position in the Heart of the White Gold District of the Yukon Territory, Canada. The Yukon Territory is a Tier-1 Mining Jurisdiction hosting globally competitive mineral endowments in a regulatory environment which is favorable to responsible extractive initiatives.

Stakeholder is also developing an expanding cash flow from the extraction and sale of exotic quartzite which is used as a building material. Cash flow is developed to provide capital for high value exploration initiatives while minimizing unnecessary shareholder dilution and restricting treasury share issuance. This strategy ensures that shareholders receive the maximum possible share price re-rating with successful discovery.

Stakeholder holds a 100% interest in the Ballarat Gold-Copper Project which is located in the heart of the White Gold District of the Yukon Territory. The Ballarat Gold-Copper Project covers 18,741 hectares of ground and is situated northeast of the Newmont Corp. (NYSE: NEM) Coffee Mine Project, due north of the Western Copper and Gold Corp. (TSX: WRN) world class Casino Copper-Gold Mine Project and south, west and east of the White Gold Corp. (TSX-V: WGO) White Gold Project.

Stakeholder’s Ballarat Gold-Copper Project is located in the center of the prolific White Gold District. An estimated 17 km of the Resource Gateway Road which is planned to connect Dawson City with the Coffee Mine Project (held by Newmont Corp.) will be developed through the middle of Stakeholder company claims. The Resource Gateway Road will bring significant logistical advantages to the project and will support the long term economic prospects of the entire district.

Cash Flow

Stakeholder is developing a robust and growing cash flow from the extraction and sale of exotic quartzite stones which are used in building and artistic applications. Stakeholder holds a 100% ownership interest in its wholly owned Brazilian subsidiary (Mineração VMC LTD “VMC”).

Stakeholder’s exotic stone business provides cash flow for exploration while protecting company shareholders from unnecessary dilution. This strategy is designed to ensure that company shareholders receive the maximum possible share price re-rating with successful discovery.

Stakeholder receives revenue from its wholly owned subsidiary in Brazil (Mineração VMC LTD “VMC”) which generates cash flow and operating profit from the production and sale of exotic quartzite stone blocks. The quartzite quarries are situated in the Municipality of Dom Joaquim in the State of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Blue and white quartzites are quarried for export from Brazil’s unique stone quarry operations to the high-end, refined building materials markets of Europe, Asia, and North America.
